Job Brief
We are currently hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging & impactful designs with various media applications like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW etc. We typically deal with overseas clients (Mainly from Canada & US). The Graphic Designer should be able to understand the specific needs of those overseas clients. We are hiring knowledgeable freshers as well as 6 months to 1 year experienced professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design
- Conducting in-depth research on provided topics in order to develop original design
- Polishing & editing existing designs to improve client attachment
Requirements
- You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW etc.
- You need to pay strong attention in details and have a keen eye for aesthetics
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications for team communication
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The content writer’s responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, meet the clients’ requirements and promoting the blogs by pitching articles to various third-party platforms. We typically deal with overseas clients (Mainly from Canada & US). The writer should be able to write, edit and understand the specific needs of those overseas clients. You should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth research on provided topics in order to develop original content.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Developing content for blogs, articles, social media, and the company website.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Polishing & editing existing contents to improve readability.
- Identifying customers’ and clients’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will grab the attention of the target readers.
Content Writer Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Current Opening For Telesales Executive For B2B Sales – USA Shift
We are looking for a well-spoken telesales executives to be responsible for soliciting sales over the Phone. The telesales executive’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on generating leads and transfer to Floor Managers, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. The idea is to generate a qualified Lead through Telesales and Telecalling.
A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
