Any customer or buyer of products, software, or services requiring the use of Code Design Club’s personnel is required to agree and comply with the following Terms and Conditions and the Service Level Assurance Agreement.
The Agreement Term will begin on the date the Client first subscribed to our Services and will conclude on the date either party terminates the Agreement in line with the Terms and SLA. Without the approval of its clients or consumers, Code Design Club is free to attach its logo, design, URL, or other brand identification elements to any and all websites or products that originate from this site.
Client’s selected service package from Code Design Club may include any combination of the following: business website, business-related website pages, storage space, Domain-based e-mail services, website hosting, or maintenance. Any feature that is added to the Services with the intent to improve them will be considered part of the Services unless it is expressly stated otherwise. Without prior warning, Code Design Club may alter, suspend, or terminate the Services if the customer fails to cooperate, makes late payments, or causes unnecessary delays.
Code Design Club may require Client to give registration details or other information before using Code Design Club Services. Any and all information Client supplies to gain access to or usage of the Code Design Club websites must be true, accurate and complete. Code Design Club has the right to terminate or suspend a Client’s account and refuse the Client access to any or all of the Code Design Club Websites, Services, or related materials if it suspects that the Client has submitted information that is not correct, current, or complete. All calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
The period of Code Design Club’s obligation to provide Technical Support for delivered projects should not exceed thirty working days from the date of delivery, to include weekends and public holidays. Since we are unable to provide support for modifications made by other providers, this provision does not apply to projects that are not hosted by us. Code Design Club is delighted to help with any issues that arise after the aforementioned support period. However, doing so will incur additional fees for the customer. After careful consideration of each client’s needs, we will quote a price.
Code Design Club may terminate any domain or hosting service that is still live on its servers by giving the customer with no less than seven days’ notice prior to the expiration date. Code Design Club is released from any obligation to maintain the hosting service beyond the specified termination date.
In response to your inquiry, the Code Design Club Accounts team will respond with a breakdown of any outstanding balances or a clearance within three business days. After all fees are paid in full, the Code Design Club staff will issue EPP and set the Domain to an unlocked status. The customer must then contact their new service provider to initiate a transfer request after they have received the Auth code.
The Code Design Club team would then provide the green light for the file transmission. Once the transfer has been accepted by Code Design Club, it typically takes 5 business days to finish. Auth Code has a time limit, so please use it quickly.
The Client agrees to pay Code Design Club the service fee, for any Program/Service the Client enrolls in, in accordance with the terms of the Payment, including all applicable taxes, and in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the service fee becomes payable. Client agrees and recognizes that Client’s credit card or bank account will be automatically charged monthly or debited once per Program requirement. Client hereby allows Code Design Club to do so.
Code Design Club assumes a sizable credit risk for each Client. As a result, it is up to the client to ensure that their primary means of payment is up to date and functional at all times. If Client’s payment method fails, Code Design Club may temporarily suspend the account’s website, PPC ads, sponsored listings, and any other ongoing or then-current production, reporting, or support Services. If payment is not made by the due date, Code Design Club may immediately terminate this Agreement and continue to possess the website, domain name, or other Services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
